Topics covered, based on questions from parents/carers included

1) Ofsted and External Reviews

2) Family Communications with/about staff

3) Updating the Communication System

4) Enrichment Opportunities

5) School Meals

6) Access to Toilets/Water During Lessons

7) AOB regarding the Recruits for the PSA.

An important note about Point 2 above, please for concerns regarding your child specifically or your child’s class, for example a specific lesson or behaviour issues, please speak to the class teacher in the first instance.  If you feel the matter is not addressed by the class teacher or is about the class teacher, please speak with the year group/phase group leader.  The aim is to address these types of concerns with those closest to the situation, as early as possible.  You may speak with class teachers after class, or you may contact the office by phone, email or in person, to schedule a meeting with the class teacher or the phase group leader.  If those channels have been exhausted, then the concerns should be raised with the Headteacher, but only when those channels have been exhausted.

 For those questions which were raised, but have not been addressed in the attached slide deck, a response will be sent directly from the Parent Council Chair.
